A

Study the following active and passive forms:

Infinitive

Active (to) do/dean/see e c.

Passive (to) be+ done/cleaned/seen etc.

· The state of affairs is serious. Something must be washed before ifs likewise late.

· A mystery is something that can't be explained .

· The music was very loud and could be heard from a long manner away.

· A new supermarket is going to be built next yr.

· Delight go abroad. I want to be left alone.

B

Perfect infinitive

Agile (to) accept + done/cleaned/seen etc.

Passive (to) take been + done/cleaned/seen etc.

· I should accept received the letter by now. It might have been sent to the incorrect address.

· If you had locked the car, it wouldn't have been stolen .

· At that place were some problems at commencement, but they seem to have been solved .

C

Present perfect

Agile have/has + done etc.

Passive have/has been + done etc.

· Have you heard? The trip has been cancelled.

· Have you ever been bitten by a dog?

· 'Are you going to the party?' 'No, I haven't been invited .'

By perfect

Active had + done etc.

Passive had been + done etc.

· The vegetables didn't taste skillful. They had been cooked as well long.

· The car was three years old, simply hadn't been used very much.

Present continuous

Agile am/is/are + (do)ing

Passive am/is/are + being (done)

· There's somebody walking behind us. I think nosotros are being followed .

Past continuous
