Thanks for your assist on this upshot, that is really belongings me dorsum from proper work.
The problem is persisting nevertheless. I take even tried to install and login to Office 365 on some other computer (to see if the problem was in this computer or not) and the problem persists exactly the aforementioned: no problem with outlook, simply unable to work with word, excel, etc. if the file I'grand working on is in Onedrive. If I work on a file stored only in my estimator'southward hard drive, so the login issue doesn't happen merely the salve automatically role does not piece of work either.

When I try to delete the credentials you mention, I run into no MicrosoftOffice16 or MicrosoftOffice15 credentials (as y'all can see below).

May I know whether you are signed into Office desktop applications with multiple accounts? If so, sign out from all the account (Open Give-and-take, click File>Account and click Sign Out), close and re-open Role and then sign in once again with your piece of work or schoolhouse account that is associated with your tenant.

Yet I have non been able to solve this issue, and quite bluntly information technology is property back my work...
