Towels and bed linen are available in this self-catering accommodation. The bedroom has a double bed with en-suite wet room. Beautiful location with a lovely view, easy access to local attractions. Very helpful and friendly hosts.

There is on-site parking available, and free WiFi is accessible throughout the property. Great location. Liked the milk and cake on arrival. Heating on in advance was a nice touch. Cottage was very cosy and done to high spec. All people were friendly.Would definitely stay again.

I stayed here as I was at a wedding over the weekend and couldn't have picked a better place for the price. Clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. Alun, the owner, was quick to reply to any messages prior my visit and was on hand with any questions during my stay. Will definitely return if I'm in the area.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with garden views. 5 star accommodation with a 5 star service from the owner Alison. There must have been around £70 worth of freshly purchased food and other essentials provided to us. Tea coffee milk jam butter and so much more - See pics. All items brand new and sealed ... it really made us feel at home and saved us alot of time shopping. Alison even gave us a hamper of goods - the Fudge didn't last the weekend and took the shortbread back for the Mrs. (See pics) We were instantly at ease and could begin a wonderful weekend in a perfectly located detached house which was 10 mins from Windermere centre and 10 mins from Bowness marina. Gorgeous little balcony overlooking the neighbourhoods rather picturesque gardens. Showers were powerful, heating perfect, kitchen was large with a dining area. Very spacious. It's not the cheapest but certainly worth every penny! Thank you very much again Alison... I can't wait to take the family next time.

The fact we could park next to the kitchen entrance without any issues was a bonus loading and unloading was perfect, the quietness of the area offered great sleep. The modern / country look of the decor was spectacular, they really made it look nice

Lovely clean house, Off road parking is a big plus and doubled up as a secure area for the dogs to run about in. Plenmty of space, Very warm and cosy, Comfy beds and all the mod cons in the kitchen, Hard to fault at all.

Very well equipped, especially in the kitchen. It had a hob, toaster, new microwave, oven, all cleaning products, hand soap, fluffy towels, ice cube tray, lots of cleaning products and much more. Good location in a very sweet little village and a convinience shop just over the road. Run by two very kind and lovely people who were willing to help with any problems and give advice about the local area. Owners were incredibly quick to respond with any questions I had and were very helpful when responding.

John, the owner, was very friendly and informative. Good location for exploring the Lake District, especially if you're using public transport (which is very good by the way). Very well equipped kitchen, probably the best I've seen in any self catering accommodation. Passes to the leisure centre were most welcomel Enjoyed my holiday so much, I added on an extra night.
